Operators can now hide not-ready surfaces for the Alpha launch from a single console at /ops/visibility — homepage sections, standalone surfaces (the marketplace, networks), whole docs groups, individual docs, and optional console features.
Every toggle auto-saves, and a "Show everything" button flips it all back on for launch day. Hidden docs 404 and drop from the nav; hidden surfaces show a soft "coming soon" page.
