Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LinkSell. By creating an account, or by using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using LinkSell on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use LinkSell.

LinkSell is a hosted checkout product for merchants accepting payment over the x402 protocol. It provides the checkout user interface, a merchant console, analytics, and operational tooling.

LinkSell follows the Shopify model, not the Stripe model: it hosts the software around a payment, but it is not a payment processor and not a money transmitter.

LinkSell is non-custodial. Buyers settle USDC directly to the merchant wallet on-chain via the x402 protocol. LinkSell is never a party to the transfer and never takes possession, custody, or control of buyer or merchant funds.

Because LinkSell holds no funds, there is no balance to withdraw and no payout schedule. A settled payment is already in the merchant wallet. LinkSell records the payment and surfaces it in the console.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the security of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify LinkSell promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to use LinkSell to:

• sell goods or services that are unlawful in your jurisdiction or the buyer’s;
• misrepresent what a buyer is paying for at checkout;
• probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the service;
• interfere with or disrupt the service for other merchants.

LinkSell charges merchants a flat recurring subscription fee for access to the service. LinkSell does not charge a per-transaction commission and does not take a cut of any payment. The fee, billing cycle, and plan tiers are described in the Merchant Agreement.

LinkSell is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LinkSell does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

The x402 protocol, the underlying blockchain networks, and any third-party facilitator are outside LinkSell’s control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkSell is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds arising from a blockchain transaction, a wallet you control, or a third-party facilitator. LinkSell’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid to LinkSell in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time. LinkSell may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment of fees, or where required by law. On termination your hosted checkout pages stop serving; payments already settled on-chain are unaffected.

LinkSell may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the service, or the relationship between you and LinkSell will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except that LinkSell may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or service.
