Subscriptions and checkout sessions can no longer be planted in another store

The two remaining record writers, subscriptions and checkout sessions, now apply the same store check as invoices. A request that names a store other than the one it runs under is refused before anything is written, and a checkout session can no longer resolve another store's settlement wallet.
